its preparation method is 2-(4 & prime;-bromo -4-biphenyl)-2-bromoethylbenzene and diethyl malonate are added with sodium hydride into DMF solvent, heated to 90 ℃ for 6 hours, cooled and poured into water, precipitated solids, filtered, refluxed with potassium hydroxide ethanol solution for 6 hours, added with water for acidification, and filtered to obtain 2-[2-(4 & prime;-Bromo-4-biphenyl) phenylethyl] malonic acid.
The above-mentioned malonic acid derivative and polyphosphoric acid are added to the reaction bottle, reacted at 160~170 ℃ for 2h, cooled and added toluene, washed with water, and removed toluene to obtain 3-(4-bromo-4-biphenyl) tetrahydronaphthone, the naphthone is reduced with potassium borohydride in anhydrous ethanol, the reaction temperature is 81 ℃, reflux is 3h, cooled and poured into water.
